Lea Prainsack is currently working as post producer and editor. Her post producing credits include shows produced by BrainBox Entertainment for cable networks like Discovery, TLC and HGTV.

Ms. Prainsack graduated with an MFA degree in Film and Electronic Media from American University in Washington, DC. She co-produced a series of short documentaries on the Chesapeake Bay as part of a PSA campaign for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. Ms. Prainsack directed and produced several short films, including an experimental short called "State of Mind".

Prior to her studies, she worked as a photo archivist at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and as freelance press photographer for Reuters International Vienna, Austria and Austria Press Agency.
